1. Ensuring continued operations at all guarded sites covered by
the company
2. Covering leaves and absences of security guards at all sites
3. Receiving new sites after preparing the guards and all required
equipment
4. Periodically submitting the unified attendance report for all
sites to the relevant departments in the company
5. Carrying out exceptional tasks requested by clients at the
specified time
6. Conducting daily inspections of guards and sending confirmation
emails to clients to confirm that sites have been manned by security personnel
7. Submitting site deployment reports to the Sales Department
8. Submitting guard deployment reports to the Human Resources
Department
9. Maintaining all reports and documentation required from the
center according to ISO standards.
10. Follow-up operations in all company sites
